FEES & PAYMENT

What is the cost of the program?
For Summer 2009, program costs include tuition, housing, breakfast and dinner, group activities, special events, and excursions. Medical insurance, transportation to and from the destination city, lunch during the week, optional trips, personal laundry, and incidentals are not included. Transportation from local airports, train stations and transit hubs is available for $80 round-trip and $50 one-way.

NYC:
The 4-week residential program costs $5,995

Boston:
The 4-week residential program costs $5,995
The 5-week residential program costs $6,995

Day Students (Boston & NYC):
4-Week Program: $2,995
5-Week Program: $3,495 (Boston only)

Day students participate in the same Career Explorations program as all residential students but do not live in the dorms or participate in the meal plan.

What form of payment does Career Explorations accept?
We accept payment by personal check, money order, or bank check (no cash, please).

EARLY ENROLLMENT DISCOUNT

Save $500! Send in your application & deposit by November 15th
Save $300! Send in your application & deposit by January 15th
Save $150! Send in your application & deposit by February 15th

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The payment schedule is as follows:
$750 Deposit with Application
($50 application fee is non-refundable; the remainder is refundable until February 28).

Those applicants not accepted will be immediately refunded $700.
The remaining balance is due within one month of acceptance to Career Explorations.

Alternate payment plans are available upon request.

Applying After April 30, 2009
Please call the Career Explorations office (Boston: 857-753-4570 or NYC: 973-455-1478) to speak with a program director to confirm availability. Applicants will be advised if they are accepted within two weeks of the date of their application. After April 30th, Enrollment in Career Explorations is contingent upon receipt of full payment within two weeks of acceptance.

Refunds for Accepted Interns
If an applicant withdraws from the program prior to CE’s start date of June 26, 2009, a refund will be calculated on the following schedule. The $50 application fee is non-refundable.

Withdrawal is effective on the date that written notification is received by the Career Explorations office.
