Sign the Parent/Student Agreement.
Step 4:
Have your parents sign the Parent/Student Agreement.
Step 5:
Ask a teacher or guidance counselor for a recommendation. Letters must be sealed. Please supply your reference with a stamped envelope addressed to:

Mail the application with a $750 check ($50 non-refundable
application fee and $700 internship deposit) to:
