Discovery Internships (DI) Overview:

DI is a boutique recruiting firm focused on college and high-school students. At the core, DI helps employers connect with motivated students interested in working alongside professionals in exchange for real work experience - internships. But just an internship isn’t enough – employers are expecting interns and new hires to hit the ground running – they look for students with both the hard and soft skills necessary to make a strong impression and impact at their firm from day one. Company History:

Discovery Internships was founded in 2003 by then high-school student Seth Flowerman. After an internship experience in London at the age of 15, Seth recognized the transformative power of real-world work experience at a young age.  Seth set out to create an organization to help students land impactful internship with top employers in major cities. Furthermore, with students coming from around the world, Discovery Internships also focuses on providing an all-inclusive program so that students can focus on getting the most out of their internship experience. Over the last 7 years, Discovery Internships has provided internship opportunities to students from more than 15 countries and today offers programs in top cities across the United States including Boston, Chicago, New York, and San Francisco for hundreds of students each year.

In 2010, Discovery Internships and Dream Careers (formerly known as University of Dreams), a leading provider of Internship Programs, joined forces to provide a truly unparalleled summer experience. Dream Careers has run college internship programs for more than 10,000 students and through our partnership, our college students get the added benefit of a much larger professional network and gain access to new and exciting opportunities.
