We use the application process to understand your internship and career interests - and then we market you to prospective employers. At the core, we help employers connect with young, motivated students such as yourself that are interested in working alongside professionals in exchange for gaining real work experience. Sometimes we will utilize employers in our extensive network; often we will actually approach new employers to find YOU the right position. That's right: not an internship; YOUR internship!

Internship Industries

The Internship Placement Process
  • You can apply either to a specific program location or simply "Best Internship"
  • You can indicate one, or multiple areas of interest
  • If admitted, CE guarantees you an internship in your industry of choice!
  • The Importance of an Internship
  • Within 7 days, your Program Director will contact you for a Phone Interview
  • We will discuss your career and professional goals
  • You will receive an admission decision within 72 hours of your interview
  • Congratulations, and welcome to the CE Network!
  • Once enrolled, your Program Director will work with you over the next 4-8 weeks on internship selection and placement
  • Your Program Director will present you with customized internship opportunities within your fields of interest
  • We will develop your CE Profile - our resume that we compile from you interview and application materials to market you to potential internship employers.
  • Your Program Director will personally market you to targeted internship providers you approve!
  • Your Program Director will help you prepare for any subsequent phone interviews.
  • Congratulations!
  • We will provide you with details surrounding your internship.
