Our summer housing facilities in San Diego offer the convenience and comfort necessary for an effortless move this summer. Please read the sections below for more information on the summer internship housing for each San Diego Program.
San Diego Housing - Alcala Vista Apartments
The dormitories at University of San Diego, Alcala Vista, provide a great amount of space The Alcalá Vista Apartments include 192 apartments, and are located adjacent to the Sports Center Complex (gym, locker rooms, weight room, pool, and tennis courts). Each of these units accommodates two residents. The three-story units are clustered around three courtyards and feature the Spanish Renaissance architecture that is used throughout the main campus. A reception desk, laundry facilities, study rooms, wide-screen TV, lounge, and staff offices are located on the first floor of Palomar Hall. Regarding roommates, you will fill out a roommate questionnaire prior to coming to San Diego for the summer, and we will pair you with a roommate according to your answers. Each of the apartments will fit two people total. If you know someone who is going through the program we can absolutely honor any roommate requests.
Meals
Participants will be given a meal plan to be used at the dining halls.
Transportation
Our San Diego participants will receive transportation to and from work each day, as well as transportation throughout the 8 weeks of the program for activities sponsored by University of Dreams.
*Not included in the program is: Transportation to and from the program.
