Refund Policy: Refunds for Accepted Interns
1) The $50 application fee is non-refundable

2) The $700 deposit is refundable until you enroll in a Career Explorations program. Enrollment status is effective upon receiving an email acceptance notification.

3) If an enrolled applicant withdraws from the program prior to the program start date, a refund will be calculated on the following schedule.
       
    Date Refund
     Prior to March 1st  Full Refund*
     March 1st - April 1st       
 All but $1,000
     April 1st - May 1st  All but $2,500
     After May 1st  There are no refunds after May 1st





* Intern will recieve a tuition refund, minus the $50 non-refundable application fee. The CETPP fee (if applicable) and finance fee (if enrolled in a payment plan) are both non-refundable. If the intern has been placed into an internship, the $750 deposit is no longer refundable.

Withdrawal is effective on the date that written notification is received by the Career Explorations office.

1) You will recieve a full refund, minus the $50 non-refundable application fee. Your $750 deposit, CETPP fee (if applicable), and finance fee (if enrolled in a payment plan) will all be refunded in full.
